MCL Construction was selected to build the 1501 Jackson Apartments, a premier urban development in the heart of downtown Omaha, Nebraska.
The four-story apartment complex sits on top of a two-story post-tensioned parking garage that has 107 parking spaces with a podium slab. There are 72 apartments that feature one and two bedroom units. The pet-friendly complex features a "pet relief" area on the elevated courtyard. There is a community room and deck on the top level of the complex providing stunning views of downtown Omaha. Also included is a large workout room with natural light.
