For many businesses, navigating the entire construction process and knowing who to trust can be overwhelming. At MCL Construction, our people simplify the process by listening, planning, executing, and continuing the relationship to build their vision.

It started in 1987 when Jim Meyers and Bob Carlisle began what was then Meyers-Carlisle Construction.  St. Gerald's Chruch in Ralston needed an enclosure for their air conditioner units. Other companies turned down the project because it was too small.  Jim and Bob knew the church needed help, and just getting started on their own, they could take it on.  That first project produced significant results. 

Since the beginning, MCL Construction has been customer-focused. Relationships are the heart of what we do.  We listen to our customers, hear their problems, and work collaboratively to build a world-class project for them. 

Our clients are a big reason for our growth.  Now with over 200-employees, we moved into our new Headquarters in June of 2020. The new building allows for greater collaboration with project teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive a project's efficiencies. It's also a place our employees can call a second home. MCL Construction is a great place to build a career as we employ a work hard, play hard mentality. Our employees are dedicated, passionate, and though in every step of the building process. We believe a great culture and a commitment to training, health, wellness, personal and professional growth are why we retain and attract the best talent.

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, MCL Construction continues to expand its footprint, completing projects all over the Midwest. One thing has not changed since our beginning in 1987, there is nothing too big, and there is nothing too small when it comes to building for our clients.
