MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the new Bank of the West Corporate Headquarters (formerly Commercial Federal Bank).
The project was broken down into two phases. The first phase was the Operations Center. The 114,000 square foot project features a steal frame with masonry and precast curtain wall skin. It also includes a 350-stall parking garage.
The second phase was the construction of the Technology Center. The center is a 130,000 square foot facility that includes open and private offices, multiple audiovisual conference rooms, a 300-seat auditorium, data center, dining room and coffee bar, and call center.
