Bankers Trust Omaha Headquarters is an expansion project into the Omaha Market for the established company. The new headquarters offers personal banking services in Omaha.
The 20,000-square-foot, two-story steel building with brick veneer and metal panel accents features both retail
banking and office components. The retail banking area includes features such as teller windows, a two-lane
drive-through, an ATM, and a secure safety deposit vault. The second floor houses a community room designed to support local non-profits with access to a rooftop patio overlooking Dodge Street.
The project also includes specialized bank equipment, advanced security and IT infrastructure, and dedicated employee amenities.
