Project Details

MCL Construction completed a tenant fitout to create the new corporate headquarters for Baxter Auto Group at an existing core & shell building.
The new headquarters consists of collaboration areas, a mother's rooms, conference rooms, kitchen and café, and lounge. Unique finishes within the project include end block flooring that is used extensively on walls, ceilings and floors. Other unique finishes include FIlzfelt privacy panels, Parklex wood paneling, custom ceiling panels that mimic a tire-tread design and wood ceiling baffles.
MCL also completed construction on the 1st and 2nd levels which will be leased out for future expansion.
