Project Details.

​400 square feet packs a punch at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska.  MCL Construction built the new Starbucks Cafe inside the Omaha, Nebraska, headquarters building giving employees a different option from traditional vending machine break rooms. 

MCL Construction completed this project in less than three months' time.  The existing space was demolished and built back with framing, drywall, mechanical and electrical, casework, and flooring.

There are many unique architectural features to this area.  These features presented an opportunity for MCL Construction's finish carpenters to showcase their talents.  The wood feature wall is made up of reclaimed wood and each piece was cut and installed individually.  The cafe also includes  engineered wood flooring, a ceramic tile feature wall, custom casework, and specialty lighting.
