Project Details

The Great Hall at Boys Town is one of the many historic buildings within the village. MCL Construction was selected to renovate the existing kitchen and increase services to students.
Our team was responsible for completely gutting and renovating the existing kitchen while protecting any historic components within the space. At the end of construction, Boys Town had a new kitchen fully equipped with new mechanical equipment, kitchen hoods, walk in cooler and freezer units, stainless steel wall paneling, a material lift, and all new commercial kitchen equipment. Flooring finishes and an upgraded serving line were also include in the project.
