MCL Construction transformed a former higher education institution into a corporate office that functions as a work and entertainment space.

The new Buildertrend office utilizes an open work concept; there is only one office for human resources.  The featured space is the enormous break room that features a custom bar, large video boards, and games.  The exterior patio features a fire pit for added gathering space and teambuilding.  An exercise and workout room was added to the building with two locker rooms.

There is new carpet and paint throughout the building.  Also included are mechanical and electrical upgrades and improvements to the fire sprinkler system.  Our team was able to salvage and reuse many parts of the existing space that adapted to the new layout and design.
