Downtown Omaha's growing entertainment district was enhanced with new luxury apartments. The Capitol District Apartments are settled next to a modern town square featuring strips of dining and entertainment spaces. MCL Construction was selected to be the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the new apartment building.
The complex includes 28 units, some featuring industrial balconies that hover over the 20,121 square feet of ground level retail space. The apartments also feature a fitness center, two community rooms, and a patio overlooking the plaza.
