MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor to renovate the existing fitness center and build a brand new splash pad at Champions Run in Omaha, Nebraska.
The fitness center consisted of a complete interior demolition and addition. The project featured a new lobby and reception desk, locker rooms, new offices, a yoga studio with radiant heating ceiling tiles for hot yoga, a new weight room, and exterior finishes.
The new splash pad featured three water slides, two staircases, a bridge, two dozen spray features, and a 400-gallon dump bucket. The area around the structure includes three water guns, 320-foot-tall spraying palm trees, and ground spraying features.
