MCL Construction converted a storage room into an MRI Scan Room and an MRI Control Room at Lakeside Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
The project team replaced the wood-formed riser platform with concrete infill. MCL hoisted the new 1.5T magnet from the loading dock to the roof of the mechanical room and carefully moved it into place using specialized wheel jacks, high density plastic pallets and lexan sheets for a travel path.
