Project Details

MCL Construction completed the tenant improvement project at an occupied CoBank in a short four-month time frame.
The project included a complete demolition of the pre-existing office space and new electrical and mechanical systems throughout to support the new layout. The project featured first class office space that included new offices, a large conference room with audiovisual capabilities, a new reception area, and a spacious and collaborative break room.
The decorative murals throughout the office area pay homage to CoBank's long history with agricultural Co-ops.
