The new Colliers Office consists of 11,300 square feet of demolished and renovated space. MCL was selected to remodel the southwest corner of the fourth floor to create a more cohesive and modern working environment. The project consisted of a complete demolition of the office space and restructuring the office with new interior walls for separate offices, a new conference room, reception and kitchen.
