The Creighton Prep Lannon Learning Commons provides students with a space to grow in their education with a comprehensive student services center.
As the Construction Manager and General Contractor, MCL divided the project into three phases to make sure school and student services were never interrupted. The project included the renovation of the existing space and a 32,000 square foot addition that tied into the original structure.
Special features of this project include a 120-foot bell tower with LED color-changing lights that can be programmed to feature different colors for different events. MCL preserved pieces of the existing gym floor and created a massive wooden design element that features the Billy Blue Jay mascot that hangs in the learning commons.
