MCL Construction was selected to remodel two floors at the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. This building is a staple for new student recruitment and improvements made are intended to attract and retain the best students and faculty at the university.
To respect student needs and the construction schedule, the project was broken up into three phases. Interior renovations included conference room upgrades, detailed woodwork, state-of-the-art audio visual upgrades, and renovations to two main atriums. MCL is also extending and modifying the south entrance for enrollment management. The project was completed while the building was 100% occupied.
