MCL Construction was selected to give students at Creighton University a more modern, comfortable place to call home while attending school.
As the Construction Manager and General Contractor, MCL renovated 29 rooms at Heider Hall. The project included removing and replacing the HVAC and plumbing systems installation of new fan coil units in each room, and added updated bathroom fixtures on each floor. MCL also added 12 new modern bedrooms, a community space with a student lounge, a study area, and fitness center. The front entrance was updated with new finishes to give the space an inviting first impression.
MCL worked closely with the university to keep the 13-story residence hall open and functional during construction.
