Project Details

Creighton University added a 24,196 square-foot pre-engineered metal maintenance building with multiple overhead garage doors. As part of a comprehensive master plan, the facility expanded maintenance storage capacity.
The building is divided into east and west wings. The west wing includes storage, an art studio, restrooms, a mechanical room, an electrical room, and a small break room. The east wing will serve as headquarters for the campus facilities team, with space for equipment, tools, and essential supplies.
