GENERAL SUMMARY
Leadership position for MCL Construction, a 35-year construction manager and general contractor working primarily in commercial construction and based in Omaha. MCL is a regional leader and has been a trusted partner on thousands of projects of all types and sizes. The Director of Human Resources will be an advocate for all MCL employees and candidates for employment; with a mission to Recruit, Develop, and Retain outstanding people. Through direct and indirect management, the Director will be responsible for the Human Resources strategy and operations of MCL including: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Training & Development, Benefits Programs, Governmental Compliance, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Internship Programs, Health & Wellness, and HR data and records. Along with technical skills and experience, the position requires excellent people skills and continuous collaboration with employees, managers, executives, and third-party service providers.
