MCL Construction was selected to be the Construction Manager and General Contractor at Dickey's BBQ Pit, a Texas-style BBQ restaurant.
The restaurant features all reclaimed wood from Texas on the interior walls. A separate party/event room features an overhead garage door that can be opened when the weather cooperates to provide an open-air, picnic-style dining experience. MCL Construction installed a double-sized smoker with a captive air double-hood system. The eatery also features solid stainless steel countertops with integrated backsplash at the serving counter.
