Project Details

Divine Shepard Lutheran Church in Omaha, Nebraska, needed more space to accommodate its growing congregation. To meet their needs, MCL Construction was the Construction Manager at Risk on a project completed over two phases and over two years.
The project's first phase was remodeling the administrative offices and preschool areas. They provided both spaces with modern updates and better use of space.
The second phase included a 38,000-square-foot addition and parking lot expansion. The main floor of the addition is a new sanctuary and ancillary spaces. The lower level consists of classrooms, music practice rooms, and restrooms.
