MCL Construction built the Elman Print Shop with a future expansion in mind.
As the Construction Manager and General Contractor, MCL constructed a single story building made for press work and a two-story office building. The print building consisted of concrete masonry unit (CMU) exterior walls, structural steel, and a flat membrane roof. The north wall of the building was made so it could be removed to add space when needed. Technical mechanical and electrical systems were run throughout the building to accommodate printing.
