Project Details.Faith Westwood United Methodist Church in Omaha, Nebraska, selected MCL Construction to be its Construction Manager and General Contractor for the church's renovation and expansion project.
MCL's preconstruction and project management teams were engaged early in the project and were able to identify and implement over $15,000 in cost savings to the project that had tight budget parameters. The addition to the facility is two stories that provide 1,400 square feet of additional space. The lower level is a new food pantry. The upper level is a modernized worship and gathering space. The 17,000 square foot interior renovation gives the area a modern look with new carpet, acoustical ceiling tile, lighting, and paint. Both the interior renovation and building addition were completed above the child care center and preschool which remained operational during construction activities.  |
