Construction at the Farmers & Merchants Bank of Ashland consisted of a complete remodel and expansion of an occupied bank in Ashland, NE.
MCL was selected to transform the space into a modern, more spacious bank. Our team successfully demolished existing apartments on the second floor to grow the bank to two levels. Also included in the expansion was connecting the bank to an adjacent building to the west. This addition included an elevator, public restrooms, break room and outdoor patio.
Upgrades to the existing bank included upgrading electrical, HVAC and a new fire suppression system that included a clean agent system for the vault and the IT room.
