Project Details

MCL Construction has completed two projects for Green Plains Renewable Energy; both projects are a result of the company's rapid growth in the energy market.
The first project was the new corporate headquarters located at 450 Regency Parkway in Omaha, Nebraska. It featured high-end finishes such as all-glass entry doors, zebra wood operable walls, sloped acoustical ceilings, and patterned carpet. The space was divided into two areas, business operations and human resources, and a wide-open trading floor with a high-tech video wall.
Later on, MCL Construction was asked back to complete a 6,500 square foot expansion to provide more room for business services. The centerpiece of this expansion project is a custom wood staircase that connects the two floors. The most recent addition includes open office space, individual offices, conference rooms, and an employee workout facility.
