MCL Construction was selected through a competitive RFP process as the construction manager for the renovation and addition project at Keene Memorial Library in Fremont, NE.
The 36,000 square foot project included a complete demolition of the existing space and a new addition to include a computer lab, complete upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, community space, classrooms and coffee nook. Matching the exterior the of the existing library was a significant milestone for the project. MCL Construction completed the community vision by locating and matching 60-year-old stone for a seamless exterior finish.
