MCL Construction built the office of the future for social media giant LinkedIn at its Omaha, Nebraska, customer service location. The 20,000 square foot tenant improvement project features the latest office space innovations that make the workplace user friendly for employees.
This was a long-distance, collaborative project as the management team from LinkedIn was headquartered in a different city as was the lead architect on the project.
This is Class-A office space that was finished in a three-month time frame. The key to the project success was to identify key subcontractors who could meet the demanding schedule and deliver with quality.
The office footprint features an open office concept, several conference and video conference rooms, small group collaborative spaces, large break room area, and a library.
