MCL Construction built Omaha's first hospital dedicated exclusively to women's health services, the Methodist Health System Women's Hospital Campus.
The hospital has 116 beds in the 289,000 square foot facility. Amenities include private rooms, family space, decentralized patient check-in, decentralized nursing stations, and 28 neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds.
Additionally, MCL Construction built a 154,000 square foot medical office building on campus. This 3-story structure features office suites, clinical rooms, and a healing garden that connects the medical office building with the hospital. Below the structure is an underground parking garage.
