MCL Construction was selected to be the Construction Manager and General Contractor for a remodel at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, IA.
The 15,000 foot project included a new entry/lobby area for patient check-in, updated hallways and corridors, and a new doctors lounge. Major mechanical and electrical upgrades were made to the space as well as the use of high-end finishes that give the hospital a fresh 21st century look and demonstrates its commitment to first class patient care.
This project was completed in three separate phases and required careful coordination with hospital administrators to make sure there was minimal impact to patients and staff during construction activities.
