MCL completed a 92,000 square foot interior demolition and renovation at MUD Headquarters. The project spanned three floors and the building remained occupied.

Interior improvements on each floor included new partition walls to provide training/classroom space, interior slab work, restoration of existing restrooms, and all new finishes.

Exterior renovations consisted of a renovated parking garage and landscaping.
