The Integrated Services project at Nebraska Medicine combines decontamination, sterilization, and packaging of all surgical instruments used by the health system.
The facility features a robust mechanical and electrical system necessary for equipment operations. The project was delivered in 11 months under the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method which produced a GMP Performance credit of $118,357.10 and only used 30.27% of construction contingency with all savings returned to the owner.
