Project Details.MCL Construction built the newest surgery center at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska: the Lauritzen Outpatient Center and Fritch Surgery Center.
The 186,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility has an additional parking garage and was a collaborative effort with Nebraska Medicine, University of Nebraska Medical Center, RDG Planning and Design, and HOK. It will provide one-stop, patient-centered care in a variety of areas including:
MCL Construction was the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the project. It was completed in a 26-month time-frame where innovation and technology assisted in expediting the construction timeline.
