MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for a renovation and addition project at New Cassel Retirement Center in Omaha, NE.
The addition consisted of 8,420 square foot addition to their main dining room to allow for more dining space, and resident seating area. The 11,960 renovation included update to the existing space and serving line to match the design of the new addition. Also included as a new bistro serving bar, upgrades to staff support offices, restrooms, library, main entrance lobby, and hearth room.
