2017 marks the 30th Anniversary year for MCL Construction. The Omaha, Nebraska, based construction management and general contracting firm gives credit to the city of Omaha for its continued growth and longevity.
"Omaha is a great place to do business," said MCL Construction Founder and President Bob Carlisle. "The city has always been forward thinking when it comes to growth. I look back at the last 30 years and the skyline has changed tremendously from the east end of the city to the west end. I am honored to say our employees played a part in building that landscape."
Carlisle started Meyers-Carlisle Construction Company in 1987 with his friend and co-worker at another firm, Jim Meyers. Gary Leapley joined the company in 1996 and the company became Meyers-Carlisle-Leapley Construction.
"Our building partners are the reason for our success," added Leapley. "We have relationships that are built on trust and we build on those relationships every day. We just don't build great buildings, we give tremendous service before, during, and after a project.
In 2010, the company shortened its name to MCL Construction and added Tony Fucinaro III as an owner and Senior Vice President in 2015.
"I'm excited for the future of MCL Construction," said Fucinaro. "We are always adopting strategies to make the building process efficient. Our investment in technology, innovation, and, most importantly, the continued training and education of our employees creates a culture for growth."
MCL Construction has launched a new website for 2017. The site is designed to be an information portal for businesses, developers, churches, organizations, school districts, and universities which are considering building a project.
"We have always been transparent," said Carlisle. "The information provided on the website is an example of that transparency. The guides, white papers, and case studies are a source of information our clients can use to make informed decisions before a project even starts."
