MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor to build a new office building for OCI Insurance in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
The exterior of the building consists of brick and metal panels with glass and wood accents to add to the building design. Also included is a heated outdoor patio with a bar and large parking lot. The interior includes offices with full glass doors, individual cubicle workspaces, large reception desk and welcome area, a dining and kitchen area, employee lounge and collaboration spaces, and conference rooms equipped with audiovisual connection capabilities.
