MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the renovation of the Omaha Eye and Laser Institute in Omaha, Nebraska.
The project included a complete demolition of the existing interior office space and create an eye surgery center consisting of four operating rooms, two laser rooms, five patient pre-op rooms, two sterile processing rooms, clean and soiled rooms, receiving, storage, nurse station and offices. Work was completed between a functioning eye treatment center and occupied offices without any disruption.
