MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for a three-phase addition and remodel at Pharmgate in Omaha, Nebraska.
MCL built a new pre-engineered metal building that featured exterior windows, specialized downspouts, and landscaping. It also included new interior finishes, electrical, and HVAC systems.
The second two phases were both remodel phases. MCL updated their existing lab office and lab. MCL needed to work closely with the project owners to coordinate each phase so work in the lab was not compromised.
