MCL Construction converted an old Shopko retail store in Bellevue, Nebraska, into a massive printing center for Physicians Mutual.
The project included a complete demolition and remodel of the existing building. The renovated space now has a new secure entrance and reception, new offices, a conference room, break room, open office for work stations, new lighting, and modifications to the existing electrical systems to accommodate large printing equipment.
In addition to the main printing level, MCL renovated the third and fourth floor restrooms. Those restrooms all featured new finishes, tile, ceiling mounted partitions, and solid surface counter tops.
