The two-story Chamber of Commerce building in downtown Omaha was renovated into the new RDG Planning and Design office building. The renovation project featured an open office concept with multiple conference rooms and meeting spaces.
Special features included installing a below-grade entrance on the south side of the building and a custom wood stairwell. MCL carpenters were able to re-use wood salvaged during the demolition process for the staircase.
