MCL Construction was the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Regus Corporation at the Landmark building in Downtown Omaha.

The project was completed in a four month time frame. The project included a total demolition of the existing building. The office features 95 individual office suites, a spacious lobby, break room and a large conference room with complex audio visual capabilities.
