Coordination was the key to success on the addition to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Gretna, Nebraska. MCL Construction worked closely with parish officials to assure minimal disruptions to church activity during the multiple phases of this project.
The first addition was a two-story fellowship hall which can be used for a number of different purposes. The main level is a banquet and meeting room complete with a kitchen that allows for minor catering needs for large or small groups. The lower level of the addition is utilized for educational purposes with the addition of six classrooms.
The second phase of the project was the addition of parish offices. This provides more work space for administrative staff as well as smaller meeting and conference rooms.
MCL Construction's quality and craftsmanship are on full display on this addition starting with the brick that matches perfectly with the existing structure. Inside you will find find highend wood work finishes, display cases and stained glass features.
MCL Construction completed all aspects the project while the church was still being occupied for daily mass, funerals and other parish activities. Through coordination and communication, the project was completed with minimal down time.
