MCL Construction was selected as the Construction Manager and General Contractor to renovate the Thompson Alumni Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska Omaha.
This project was completed in different phases over a three-and-a-half-month period. It features new carpet and paint throughout the first floor, new lighting, new audio visual equipment, and new door hardware throughout. There are enhancements to all the restrooms throughout the building. On the second floor, MCL updated the boardroom to match the first floor improvements.
