MCL Construction lead a two-phase renovation project at WinnaVegas Casino in Sloan, Iowa.

The first phase consisted of completely gutting an existing entertainment room and bingo hall. Our team created a new, first class gaming area for WinnaVegas. It included a custom built circular bar and snack bar area. Special features include quartz solid surface countertops, wood, steel railings, vinyl wall coverings. ceramic and glass mosaic tile, ceramic wood plank flooring and wood stage flooring. MCL worked closely with the owners to complete the project in time to coincide with a summer festival.

The second phase of the project included the demolition and renovation of the dinning area. Features include new carpet and quarry tile flooring, new ceiling and decorative glass mosaic tile. This phase also includes new plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, kitchen hoods, exhaust fans and electrical systems.
