JoEllen worked hard to know how to “talk the construction talk” by joining a professional network called the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). This group unites women who work in construction and provides the tools and resources necessary to help us succeed in this highly competitive field.
Looking into the future, JoEllen is excited to see not only how Omaha will expand, but how MCL Construction will grow with it. She advises to anyone interested in joining MCL Construction to be able to meet the core values of: Passionate, Dedicated, and Thorough, and to not just want to be a “cog in the system,” but instead want to stand out and create something great.
MCL Construction uses many voices from within and outside the company to give informed advice, opinions, and techniques about construction methods, innovation, and technology.
