Summer internships at MCL Construction lead to new opportunities, hands-on mentorship, and, for some, full-time offers to join our team.
Nine students enhanced their education in project management, project engineering, field engineering, virtual design and construction, and marketing with MCL this summer. Our peer-guided internship program places students in the department they are interested in pursuing. MCL’s Human Resources department will then assign them an employee mentor to work with on a job site or in the office that caters to an interactive learning experience. Throughout the summer each intern will complete project tasks and work alongside MCL employees leading up to a final presentation with our department heads. It is an opportunity to show off their work and meet with MCL leaders in an office setting.
Our program is designed to make each student feel they have a purpose on their job site and that their education and experience matter to us. In a hands-on industry, getting your boots dirty is the best lesson we can give you.
Thank you to the following interns for a great summer and a glimpse into the future of the construction industry. We are in good hands.
